I wanted something to cushion my elbows while painting at my desk, reading at my kitchen table or typing on my computer. My elbows were becoming cracked and unsightly and I needed something to soften the hard surfaces I was working on. The size is more than adequate, doesn’t slip on hard surfaces, and the padding is excellent This product is a pleasure to use and I’m already thinking about purchasing more to give as gifts.

Using these pads has been more impactful than I expected. I tend to rest my elbows on my desk while I read the screen or paper documents, and as I've aged, that has become painful. These pads are comfortable and eliminate the pain in my elbows. They are also easily movable. You can peal the film off the back to make them 'grippy' or leave it on. They do not adhere to the surface so they can always be moved.

What is this thing made out of vulcanized rubber? It is only marginally better than the hard surface of my table. That said, it is convenient to slap these things around where I might rest an elbow or two, and it doesn't let go once it's on a flat surface.

These are really good, but they only lasted a few months….i got them in August and they very quickly lost their stickiness….cant even get any money back at this point. Not the best. But I guess they work.
