Doesn’t really recline or tilt. *See Update*
Negative first, then I’ll tell you what I liked. In the description it says that it tilts and reclines, but it doesn’t. The chairs I’ve used over the years have a spring loaded recline adjustment that allows you to tilt back while you are sitting, not this one! It does have a tilt adjustment but; it is a fixed adjustment that you can make, and then it stays there, no leaning back.Assembly was fairly simple. It took me an hour but I have severe arthritis in my hands making hand tools difficult to use, so I used a battery drill to install the screws. If you do that, be very careful because the plastic parts are rather soft and you can drive the screws right into the plastic. The parts are individually packed making prep very easy. I loved the way they laid out the screws, they are in a blister pack already sorted and labeled. You just slice open the individual blister for the step you are doing and install the screws. Definitely the best designed hardware pack I have ever used to assemble product. The only difficulty I had was attaching the seat back to the seat. Holding the 2 pieces together and starting the screws would be a whole lot easier with 2 people.Other that the tilt adjustment the chair is comfortable to sit in. I stayed away from chairs that had a rigid lumbar support because I need the flexibility. The mesh back and lumbar support is perfect for me.**UPDATE**I was sitting in the chair the other day and by habit I was trying to lean back, with a snap noise the seat give and tilted back! Now it will tilt back under spring load like I initially expected, apparently it was jammed and needed to break loose. Anyway it works, so I am adding back the star I had taken away.

Nice design and great value
I have been using this chair for several months now as my primary desk/work chair. So, it's getting high use. The chair arrived in a low-profile box, the trade-off for which was an assembly project. But, all the pieces were included (with some extras), and everything went together well. This was not a high-investment purchase, and I did't expect to be using the chair as long or much as I have been. But, it has been highly satisfactory and has held up much better than I expected. The styling is nice, it's comfortable, and the adjustment options make it even more so. My only complaint is that the main plastic element supporting the back has an inexplicable plastic nub that will eventually poke me in the back as the chair's mesh back relaxes further. But, all in all, this was an incredibly inexpensive chair and looks and performs like a much costlier one.

I'd probably keep looking
OK, but not the best. Leg assembly was built crooked and the chair wobbles on a flat foor. Straightens back out when you sit in it because it flexes, but overall quality was - meh.

Sturdy and durable chairs. I needed help putting together (2 people). Comfortable even with my bad back.

Quality!
Beautiful chairs.

Terrible
Very cheaply made, wobbly, and not comfortable, but the worst is the assembly, which will require metric taps to clean the threaded holes and a pry bar to get the holes to line up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
