Simple enough to swollen and works as far as I know.

They are small and very easy to take. Help me sleep peacefully.

My natural doctor told me to take this along with Li-Zyme for my busy thoughts. I was told this would help with foods that would trigger the busy thoughts. I know between the two, they work. My busy thoughts are gone. I run out or forget to take for a day and WHAM! My busy thoughts keep me awake at night and I can't think during the day.

Love these capsules. This is the first brand i have been able to swallow. Other brands are overly large, hard tablets that get stuck going down. Needless to say, I didn't always take them unless I had a canker or cold sore. I can take these average size capsules with no problem daily as a preventive and I am very happy with them.

I had a bout with Shingles and was told to take Lysine afterwards to help the itching that has continued for over a year after Shingles was gone. I am still taking it but there doesn't seem to be much continuous improvement. I think it may be because I went from 2 a day to 1 daily and now Iam back to 2/day just to see if there is any improvement. I think Biotics Research is a good company, so I'm continuing Lysine and just being patient with the awful aftermath of this virus.
