Worked great
I’ve been using this brand headset for several years now and I really like the quality. Unfortunately I lost this headset so I will be purchasing another one. I thought it was black when I ordered, but it was a deep metallic blue and it was beautiful and worked great for tbe few months I had it. Will buy another one!

Flexibility Allows Use in Bed
The sound and performance is great. The battery lasts a long time. I don't have to worry about losing them. I had an expensive pair of earbuds before and was constantly searching for them.This is the 3rd pair of LG over-the-neck headphones that I've owned. I loved the first two but the middle section in both eventually cracked from laying in bed with my head on a pillow. They simply couldn't absorb the pressure after a while.The middle section of these is almost like rubber. I could probably wear them while sleeping, toss and turn all night and they'd be fine. And the middle isn't flimsy. It's a quality pair.The other feature I like is that when the battery is low, a 10-minute charge will add around 3 hours of playtime.I do recommend getting the extra warranty from Amazon. I almost never buy warranties, but all headphones break over time, and this seems like the smart thing to do.

Great product, but the batteries don't last more than 4 hours
I'm pleased with the sound quality of the product, but the battery doesn't last for more than 4 hours. Recharging doesn't take long, but would be great if I got at least 8 to 10 hours before needing recharge.

So far so good it’s been great
At first use I started feeling that the headphone is breaking connection and glitching but I later found out that it was because I connected it to both my iPad and iPhone so when both are close to the phone there will be interference. Once I disconnected one device the headphone became totally fine. I read someone say that he or she can’t use it with Siri, I use it with Siri without any issue. So far so good the headphone has been working excellently. I will update if there is any issues.

Factory Rejects Be Careful
The Right Ear Bud Cord is only 6 inches long and will not reach the ear unless the Body of the Band is twisted side ways. The Left Ear Bud Cord is 9 inches long and easy to use.Unfortunately saved these for a Christmas Gift for my Nephew and didn't realize until return period passed "Ordered on September 22, 2023". $110 plus tax out the window. NO MORE LG TRUST

It’s good
I like the Bluetooth but there are some things about it that was disappointing. The talk time is not long and I can’t use Siri with it. The features are not worth the price.

Too expensive
I have been using various versions of lg tone for 15 years. I have had 5 sets in that time. I love them. However, the price has become unbearable. My last pair which just broke was $50, 3 years ago. No way these are worth 200% more
