Circulon 83793 - Momentum - Hard Anodised Frying Pan - Total Non Stick - Induction Suitable - 21.6 cm, Black

We had a set of pans that were still perfectly serviceable after 12 years but a new kitchen with an induction hob replacing our old gas one meant a change of every pan we owned (except a carbon steel wok!). These are considerably more expensive than the previous set of pans we had, but I figured if they were good enough to be used on Masterchef they'd definitely be good enough for us. They are the non-stickiest(!) non-stick pans we've ever used and the finish seems very durable. They're advertised as being dishwasher safe and I did put them in when we first used them, but when you read the instructions that come with them it recommends hand washing to preserve the hard anodised finish. Fortunately, they're also the easiest to clean pans we've ever owned so I do just hand wash them now. All in all, I'd definitely recommend them if you have an induction hob, I can't comment on their suitability with other heat sources.

After doing some research online for quality saucepans, Good Housekeeping recommended these in a 2025 review and they didn’t disappoint! Dispatched on time and arrived in good condition. I’d highly recommend.

I use this as my main casserole pan on my induction hob. The positives are that it is nice and solid, conducts the heat well thanks to the steel base, and the ridges that Circulon have on their pans means that it really is non stick. It's not quite as "solid" as the Circulon Infinite fry pans I have but it's close and this pan costs a lot less than than the Infinite version.The only issue is that handles. The fact that it uses handles on either side rather than a single handle is good, however the metal parts of the handles get very hot such that the once in use the pan is impossible to move without burning your hands! The main parts of the handles are silicon coated which is good but as they're quite small you'll almost always end up touching the exposed metal bits.Basically this means that it's impossible to handle the pan with bare hands once it's hot. This isn't too much of an issue for me as I tend to use a tea towel when handling pans but for the sake of making the silicon grips a bit bigger it seems like a silly oversight by Circulon.If you can get over the silly issue with the handles this is a great pan and a worth addition to any kitchen.

This is a great pan. Whilst not the top of Circulon's range it benefits from the same material and manufacturing quality. It's incredibly durable and so easy to use. It's replaced another mid range Circulon pan bought over 25 years ago, which only now is showing signs of the hard anodised coating wearing off. I'm not disappointed in any way with this pan, and I don't think anyone would be. Treat it with a little care and I see no reason not to get 20 years plus service from it. I can heartily recommend it.

My favourite pans. They are well made and last ages. Easy to clean and the non stick is great. They can be expensive but if you look for special offers they are well worth it.
