Yyyooo.... I am amazed! I am not one of these people who try this random "natural" homeopathic stuff. I usually think most of yall believe in this stuff are weirdos lol however… I have a slipped disc in my back and I can tell you with absolute certainty every time I wake up the next morning from the sheet it's like there's nothing wrong with my back. I am completely amazed. I'm about to buy several of these. I would try the grounding pillowcase but I'm scared because that's near my brain but I might eventually. Bottom line: these mf's work!

I have been wanting to get some sort of grounding material for inside my home for a while, and while a mat is nice, I thought...why not have a whole sheet? I figured worst case scenario, it's organic cotton and won't do a darn thing. I was very willing to take that risk.I have had it on my bed for five nights now, and I really am feeling a difference. I feel like I sleep better than normal, less waking up during the night, and I find I fall asleep faster - about 10-15 mins vs. the typical 20-30 it was before. Also, I notice I've woken up with less or no lower back pain which would plague me now and again. I also feel like when I first wake up, the pain in my heels is lessened. I have been able to hop out of bed instead of force myself to finally get up and get the day going. Is this a magical sheet that solves all the world's problems? No. BUT, I DO believe this is ACTUALLY grounding me (I use a grounding rod outside my window vs. plugging into an outlet) based on effects that have ONLY happened since sleeping on it, and thus far they have ALL been POSITIVE. I highly recommend and will be buying for others in my family!

These get popped on just like regular sheets. We had a padded king size bed and it’s very hard to find sheets that fit our bed. These fit no problem. Only reason i’m getting 4 stars instead of 5 because (this should be obvious but there’s always that one person) we ordered in the fall and couldn’t reap the full benefits with our heating blanket on! Even with the grounding sheets unplugged, the sheets are SO (literally) shocking! If i knew that before hand I would have waited to order

I had heard quite a bit about grounding sheets but didn't necessarily believe it would make a difference. I put the grounding sheets on the bed and didn't tell my husband. When my husband got into bed first he said, "I really like this sheet." I was a little surprised because he's been asking for silky or satiny sheets which the grounding sheets are not. After I got in bed, I woke up sometime in the night surprised that I'd fallen asleep so quickly. I also had no pain. This was tremendous since I have pain 24/7 from Spondylosis and diabetic neuropathy. When my husband and I awoke the following morning he reported a deep sense of well-being and less pain (he too has diabetic neuropathy along with bulging discs). Neither of us wanted to leave the sheet to get out of bed. I finally told him about the sheet. This has just been our first night. I hope it lasts.

I would not recommend paying the overly high price for these sheets. As one who struggles with sleep and gave these an honest try, I can tell you they definitely do not work. My guess is that the people who say it does are experiencing more of a placebo effect than anything. The idea that you can "plug in" a set of silver-threaded sheets and you will somehow sleep better is exactly what it sounds like - pure nonsense. For good measure, I also tried sheets and a grounding pad from another company, Grounding Well, which also did not work. Folks, you cannot plug in sheets and sleep better. That's not a thing, or this would have revolutionized the sleep world long ago and everyone and their cousin would be using them.

Excellent quality of fabric. Thick and pure high quality cotton. Great feeling to put it on plus a good resting sleep quality. Not a blind follower but whatever is in this sheets seams to work. I am not so tired in the morning and it feels like a deeper sleep what I am getting. I got the whole set, pillow and blanket. I am highly recommending this high quality product if you need a good night sleep. The material is exceptional and the performance unbelievable.

Sheets are well made, runs a little on the larger size? I purchased a King sheet and have a lot of play room even with a thicker mattress. I also purchased a Queen set for my daughter and they run a little big but nothing bothersome about it. So, my daughter and I put them on at the same time so we can compare stories on how we felt after sleeping on the grounding sheets. First night we both felt we fell asleep much faster but nothing else. Second and third night, we both fell asleep faster and noticed we did not wake up tossing and turning as we had been. We both noticed a lot me detailed dreaming. Hers were crazier than mine, but I am not contributing the dreams to the sheets. I really did not have body aches or have any stiffness prior to using the sheets so it's hard to compare. Overall, they are comfortable, but not sure I feel it was worth the 99 dollars for just a sheet. Will continue to use but would have preferred for the price to include pillowcases at most.

I was initially skeptical but decided to give these grounding sheets a try. After the first night, I didn’t notice much difference and started to get worried. However, after a week of consistent use, I am blown away by the results. My heart rate during the day has noticeably dropped, and I now sleep through the night without waking up. My sleep tracking shows significant improvements—more deep sleep, more REM sleep, and solid core sleep every night. Simply amazing! I am officially a believer in grounding. Highly recommend these sheets for anyone looking to improve their sleep and overall wellness.
