A good quality remote switch for my AR15 mounted flashlight!
The media could not be loaded. I am doing a build up of a new AR15 and I wanted to add a flashlight to the modifications to allow the rifle to be more useful for use at night or for home defense. I brought this remote switch to be used on a Nitecore MH12 flashlight and it worked well. The screw on flashlight base of the switch has a push button on it that allows you to press it and turn the flashlight and it will remain on. You can also set the default on mode using the mode switch, on the flashlight, so that when the flashlight is off and your press any one of the switches on the remote the flashlight will come on in the default lighting setting that you have chosen. In my case I liked the high beam at 1000 lumens with a throw distance of 232 meters or 761 feet. It is blinding at close distances. I also like that I can set the flashlight up and turn on the unit and have it come on in the strobe mode to ward off attackers. It is blindingly bright, disorientating and will steal their night vision by temporarily blinding them. The remote switch is made extremely well made and the wiring is 12 inches long and it is coiled and can reach up to 24 inches. The wire is thick and well insulated. The coiled portion of the wire helps to allow the switch to fit many different rifles and to minimize the strain on the wiring connection points. The pressure switch has three switches on it and all three in my case do the same thing. Turn on the flashlight in the last default mode you used and the light will stay on for as long as you hold any of the three switches down. I show this is my video. One of the switches is quiet in its operation and the other two have an audible click when you press them. The noise doesn't bother me as I figure that when I turn on a 1000 lumen torch they will already know I am there!Don't forget that to mount the flashlight you need to get a good rail mount that will firmly hold the flashlight in place. I found an inexpensive one on Amazon and it worked well. I like this remote switch and I liked the quality of the construction. I rated it at 5 stars. If I had any complaint it would be that for a carbine, the wire is a bit long but I can live with that by proper installation and planning.

great value.
I was hesitant to buy this at first, but am glad I did. I got it for use with a Nitecore P12 in a Blackhawk picatinny light mount. I am pleased with the function, and like the light so much I bought another for hand-held use. The pressure pad has 3 distinct switches, which seemed strange at first but works fine. The cable is plenty long, and I had to wrap it around my hand guard to take up the slack, secured nicely with black zip ties.I had initially bought a TLR-1 for this purpose, but the remote switch and adapter came to the same price as the Nitecore + Pressure switch... so I bought this, and moved the TLR-1 to my secondary. I am really please with the fit, finish, and function of both the P12 and pressure switch thus far, but have not beat them up yet, so time will tell how well they hold up.

Works perfect for my MH12GT
Not a fan with the coiled wire, would be easier to zip tie if it was straight. but it works great with my NightCore Flashlight on my AR...I ordered the(Magpul M-LOK Tape Switch Mounting Plate Surefire ST) for the Pressure Switchhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UX4NLLS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1with this to see if it would work! YES!A little Dremel work with a ( "1/4 in. Barrel Sander" ) on the *(First tooth), of the teeth looking end, and wire ramp*, and BOOM! IT FITS!!! I've seen people use rubber bands or electrical tape and said NO WAY! I'll fix something to work...and it did!AndFor Mounting, I wanted to get the Flashlight a little closer to the handguard, so I ordered the(GOODTAC Offset Flashlight Ring Mount for Mlok Rail-3 Mounting Inserts Included (Black)https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088CW7W3M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Its going to use 2 of the inserts to bring it down from 30mm to 1 in. but it holds it tight and the Slotted look looks great with the M-LOK slots on the Hand Guard.Once I put it together, I'll try and update with a finished Pic!

Dependable and broadly compatible switch
This remote switch is far better than the cheaper models. It is more durable and of better construction. For reference, I purchased this unit for use with an Ultrafire flashlight. This represents a substantial upgrade to another inexpensive, but well made product. The Ultrafire has a barrel sized to hold an 18650 battery. I have tried the switch on a number of different models of similar size. They all worked (some a tad better than others). Generally, I am pleased and would not hesitate to purchase another.

The switch functionality itself is fantastic and worth 5 stars
Bought for my Nitecore CI6 attached to my rifle. The switch functionality itself is fantastic and worth 5 stars. Well-made, and nice feel. However, I gave it 3 stars because I can't, for the life of me, get any Velcro to stick (either via adhesive or superglue) and stay attached permanently to the paddle switch due to the ultra-smooth (almost suede-like) texture of the switch.

Fits the Nitecore Chameleon series.
Purchased this for my Nitecore Chameleon CG6. It's a great product, and is definitely exactly what I needed for hunting feral hogs at night. There are three possible switches in the pressure pad, ranging from a silent click to an audible click. Using the silent click, no sound is made, so it won't spook animals. Not sure why you'd use the audible click, but it's there. I initially bought this switch, unsure of whether it would fit my light, but after consulting the manufacturer's website, it definitely does, without any issue.
