Worked as it's supposed to

Product came on time. However it doesn't entirely work. The lights and charging indicator on the case does not work. Cannot see how much charge there is or if it's even charging. The micro USB port is not centered with the hole in the case so you have insert the charging cable at an angle and pull it up to get it inserted correctly. Once you finally get them charged to use it took forever to connect bc the "name" in the instruction book for the earbuds does not match the name that came up in my Bluetooth list. Book said 5.1 was the name but F9 is what was listed in my Bluetooth list and connected them to my phone. The sound goes in and out between left and right. Sometimes there's a delay between the sound in the left and right. They randomly turn on and off while using them. The on/off sensor on then is also super sensitive and the slightest touch turns them off while using them. I don't know if the power bank part of it works bc again the lights and indicators on it does not work. Not happy with this purchase as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter and is essentially a paper weight at this point.

I bought 2 sets and one was perfect the other had a small malfunction but they sent me another one no problem and I’m sending it back so no complaints. Sound quality is great, overall great headphones for the price

I got these because I wanted a cheaper alternative to expensive earbuds and I was pleasantly surprised. I got these around 6 months ago and they're still going strong. I use them every day for multiple hours a day and only have to charge them once every week. The sound quality is good for a pair that's not too price-y as well. There are a few cons to this pair though. Firstly, the case I got came with some kind of leather strap thing that was annoying, but that's can be easily ripped off. Second, while it doesn't flash while playing, the led inside of it when it's trying to pair is unnecessarily bright. Other than that, great pair overall and would totally recommend to someone on a budget

Product is not very compatible with the iPhone. It cuts itself off and just does not work like it should.
