I got this for my brother. He needed something to WFH. At first I was wondering if it would have been too small, but he said it worked well. Connected to the internet, the battery was great so basically I got my money's worth. I mean a sweet deal is a sweet deal and we didnt lose at all.

WRONG PRODUCT
The laptop works great but one major flaw. I ordered this laptop specifically because the image shown has a card reader in the side. This laptop does NOT have that card reader and now I have to buy an external reader just to use it as intended.

So far, so fair
So far, Windows 11 installed, but needed update to 24H2 (taking ~6 hours). Seems fairly fast, but hot. The back has been removed and almost all of the cross-pint screws rounded out. I need to open it and clean the air ducts, maybe apply new thermal paste. Dell built a good machine - too bad Microsoft had to come along and force Win 11 on them.Touchpad not as good as my older Dells. Left button slightly flaky.

Nice refurb
Very nice refurbished condition. I work with so many laptops as Todd the Computer Guy, this is a very nice clean, zero cosmetic blemishes or wear marks. The super nice thing about this unit is it will take up to 32GB of RAM. The one star missing from 5 stars is the missing 3pronge cord was not included. Other than that, excellent buy for me!

I asked if it had a touch screen.The answer was yes! but it does not.Works fine otherwise.
