Did the trick and good value

I bought this item previously to hold my gardening tools and it seemed quite robust. Being quite impressed I bought another - I didn't get round to putting up the second rack for a few months - when I opened the box I found one of the holding hooks/bars quite bent and another had broken at the welding joint. I appear to be past the return date, so I'm stuck with a half usable storage rack. If the seller can contact me with info on how to get replacement parts I will upgrade the review to 5 stars (as the 1st item I ordered was fine).

It was all going well, I'd fixed the rails up, and most of the hangers, with various garden tools on them.Took the final hanger to put on the rail and it just broke in my hand, the weld failed like it was made of chocolate.No way (that I could find) of contacting the seller just to ask for a single hanger to be replaced, and I didn't want to have to take the whole lot down again to send back. So am left with one hanger short.

The quality of the product. Hanging arms damaged in transit, weld snapped on large hanger.Would not buy again.
