I bought this enclosure to organize my home network, Home Automation device controllers and security camera hubs. I give it 5 stars because it is excellent quality and a very attractive enclosure that looks great in my office. The enclosure itself was fairly easy to assemble. The vertical rails are easy to attach if you lay the enclosure on its side. The door requires more than 2 hands to attach to the enclosure. The Sysracks shipping department spared no expense and spared no effort to ensure the product arrives and your location in excellent condition. It took more than an hour to unpack and move all the shipping material out of the assembly area. Nothing was scratched or dented. All that being said, the difficulty comes from the figuring out how to make your devices (rack mount switch and rack mount UPS specifically in my case) fit in the enclosure. I am very happy w my 27U Sysracks enclosure. I would buy it again.

This is a fantastic equipment rack. Very durable and the fan helps dissipate heat nicely. Clean looking rack and very well built. I would highly recommend this item.

Make sure you have a whole afternoon for setting it up, it takes time. Quality is good. The included fan is a bit noisy but you can unplug it if desired. Sturdy rack. The front glass panel looks beautiful. I contacted the service and got a super quick and helpful response.

Instructions could be a bit more clear, but overall it's a good product. Only gripe is that one of the door hinge bits that go between the door spring and the hinge hole is barely too large to use, resulting in a mildly crooked door. I think I can fix the crookedness with washers, but I haven't attempted to yet.

Fantastic rack and plenty of room. My only issue is the inside gets dusty and I would of liked 2 see som3 magnetic air filters over the air holes.

The instructions we received are for a smaller model. The cabinet locking mechanisms we received are not the correct ones for the model and are non-functional. You also have to lift up on the door to close it because the tolerances and fit are terrible. A terrible experience all around really.I will say it was packaged well and looks nice despite all the functional issues.

At the moment, I'm redoing my home lab and I was looking for a cabinet to use. I found Sysrack by luck from a random Google search. I put it together this weekend and I couldn't be happier. At my company, I'm the Head of Infrastructure, and I'm very familiar with data cabinets. This will be a great addition to my test environment at home. It's self-enclosed, and it came with a few other things that I thought were a good addition. They give you two sturdy shelves. Im using one for my Synology NAS and the other one for mini PC and Raspberry Pi clusters. They also give you a PDU which I thought was fantastic. When I have my equipment in it, I will take some pics just to show everyone here how nice it is. Also to put it together its not rocket science, and not overly complicated. Received three boxes for the 27U rack. Well protected with reinforced corners and foam blocks. Assembly was straight forward and took under an hour. Extra parts included in case you drop a nut...Lol. Rack looks awesome and can't wait to load it up with home theater equipment and put it to use. I had a few questions and SysRack returned my email in the same day and was very supportive...even called me to make sure things were okay with the purchase. They also have one of the better prices available.
