Would buy again
Works well, I've had to remove the transmission in my truck twice now and though if you leave it OK there for over a week it will slowly drop down. It made it so east for removal. All it required was assembling the wheels and came packed in a wooden box that it fit perfectly.

Company made it right.
I was installing the new transmission when there was an issue with the jack. I was outside of the return window, but considering the jack was new and the transmission was well within the jack capabilities I reached out to Amazon to resolve the issue. Amazon put me in contact with the seller and after sending pictures and speaking with a representative they sent me a new jack. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not have any issues making a purchase from them again.As far as the jack goes it is made from heavy steal and the hydraulic holds pressure. I wish the castors were a little bigger to make maneuvering the jack with a transmission easier.

Not safe.
After like a month and a half of finding an opening it because I had good weather I started putting it together and I noticed a lot of bad things I noticed c-clips missing a cotter pin missing and some of the welds are broken I'm just glad that I have enough brain to inspect things before I use them cuz this could kill somebody

Received a defective jack
Received the jack and it didn’t work properly would go up to 22 inches then you’d have to help it jack up to the full 26 inches and it’d slowly fall back down to 22 inches hopefully the next jack will work properly and I’ll give a better review

Must replace wheel bolts and nuts
The unit was great on the whole.. The only problem I had to replace the bolts and nuts that hold the wheels on… it was impossible to tighten. Them without stripping the bolts.. they could not take more than 1 foot pound.. you need to buy some high tensile nuts, bolts, and washers from your local hardware store.The nuts and bolts provided were extremely sub par.Everything else was fine
