Ordered a replacement because previously the basket came broken and the box was also damaged. But second time around the cycle came in good packaging and all the parts were intact. The parts had to be assembled with external help as the instructions were not so clear in the manual provided. The cycle looks beautiful and came exactly as shown in the picture. It comes at a reasonable price and offers good comfort with the backrest. Have no complaints 👌

Good cycle it is strong and sturdy.The support wheels are not fixing well it's keeps moving but manageable , it should come with some locking mechanism.My son loves ot

Extremely Poor Quality – Unsafe for KidsI had a very bad experience with this cycle. The first unit I received was clearly old, with scratches all over – it looked old and damaged. I requested a return, and although the replacement arrived after 8 days, the issues didn’t stop there.The handlebar groove is poorly designed – it becomes loose every time kid uses the cycle, even after multiple attempts (4-5 times) to fix it. This is a serious safety issue. Within just 10-15 days, the brake lever and wire also started cracking. The components are of very low quality and not at all reliable.This cycle is not safe for kids and is highly prone to accidents. It’s a complete waste of money. Do not buy this product.

Pros - The cycle body is heavy and strong. Tyres are of good quality. This was also appreciated by the person who assembled the cycle.Supporters are plastic made.Only con is cycle assembly. It has to be done with professional. He took Rs 200 for complete installation and it took him about 25 minutes to fully assemble.Cycle bell should have been provided with cycle

Instruction copy provided to assemble the cycle is low quality copy of a printed paper. Some instructions are printed in such low quality that you are not able to read or see the reference image. I will suggest opt for paid installation with the buy.Overall build quality is good but the accessories quality is very bad. Tyres are slightly bend which doesn't give the balance while riding. Mud guard and breaks are not fitting properly no matter how hard you try.Air getting low in tyre tubes very frequently so it seems there may be puncture, even my kid hardly used this cycle and used only inside society premises.No bell is provided, I had to purchase separately.My kid is not happy to ride this cycle as the overall balance is not good.

It is holding my son's rage very well. But however the size is almost like 16T but not 18T.

You can't assemble perfectly. Needs lot of adjustment to run smoothly, parts are missing. No proper assembly manual provided. Box was damaged partially and 2 brake shoe adjustment nuts found missing ( very difficult to find in local market, I think I have to purchase a new set of brakes) ☹️. No bell supplied even it should be part of package. Worst experience!
