Not like the original sweet peanuts from the 1970’s but nice boiled sweets

Peanut sweets?
These don’t look or taste like the peanut sweets I purchased as a child they don’t taste like the same and don’t have the crunchy centre . These sweets are solid and have a barley twist look and are a mustard yellow colour. Disappointed!

These sweets are nothing like peanut candy no way resemble a decent sweet l tried one and my husband another , the rest of the kilo bag was binned a complete waste of money ,save your money not worth a penny.

I was looking for the ones I remember from my childhood. These are nice enough but there is not much of a salty taste and no nut pieces in the middle. Individually wrapped OK as a sweet in its own right but if you are looking for nostalgia not for you.
