I didn’t expect much at the price point. I was really buying the lock. However I received this and it’s solid, and heavy, legit high quality box. I was impressed so much I can’t bring myself to stain it. The lock arrived working with the two cards but not the key fob, I reached out and the seller immediately gave me a walkthru to try to resolve the lock myself (per my request). It worked, and the lock is solid too. Even the hinges on this box are heavy duty and quality. These are the more costly slow close hinges you see in expensive pieces of furniture. They simply did not skimp on quality for this thing. I wish I needed another one lol.Tip on the lock, it auto locks a few seconds after you unlock it, so when you close the lid, it closes and locks.

Nicely built

Overall a nice box. The lid doesn't line up square with the front of the box. The front board of the box is a little warped but the latch does work okay.

Well made, perfectly square, locks well. A clean box for my collection.

I bought this box so I could finish and decorate it as a memory box for my 5-year old nephew’s birthday. The problem with it is that the hardware is bent and the screws are pulled from it, making it impossible to raise and lower the lid. Very disappointed I will have to restore it to working condition before I can decorate it. Good thing I have a month to do so.I think a future discount is in order.

It was a very nice size for jewelry box. I hand painted a beach scene for my great niece. I was very pleased with the look both when natural and after it was painted.

This box is very thin wood, looks a lot thicker in the ad picture. I purchased to do pyrography on. I was able but it was very hard due to the quality of wood. I would not purchase again.
