Small, light, convenient forearm workout
I love having gear like this at my desk. Just knock out 25 on each side each day to blast your forearms. Easy to do when you're stuck on a call at your desk. Great training for grappling, arm wrestling, or just not having stringy arms. It is well made and durable. Good exercise and not something that gets hit otherwise.

Not for me I missed my time to return this.
I had wrist surgery and bought this to rehab. But I couldn’t move it - even on lowest setting. Now I realize 2 months later that it’s just not designed for a woman to rehab. Prob only strong male could use it:(

They work well
My husband prefers these to the bulkier ones and they work just as well if not better. He likes keeping one in the car and he has purchased others in the past to have at his work and uses them at his desk while on the phone. Very convenient easy way to work out. The only part that ends up wearing out is the grip but it’s to be expected. It would be nice to have replacements.

Arm day workout.
I have that and I like it. Part of my routine on my forearm/arm day. I have to bend it just a little to put my hand in it, but that's easy. I use weights on forearm also. I also use Iron Arms.

I am very pleased with the Zenooze Wrist Strengthener.
The Zenooze Wrist Strengthener took me by surprise. I must admit, I was initially skeptical. I've been an avid fitness enthusiast all my life and had never used anything quite like this for wrist exercises. However, I stand corrected – this device is remarkably straightforward to use and surprisingly effective.Typically, I focus on working my forearm with weights on a roller, but that's not always practical, especially when I'm on the go. This product, on the other hand, is incredibly portable, and it has found a permanent spot on my work desk. Given that I spend long hours working with computers, constantly using a mouse and keyboard, I occasionally suffer from Carpal Tunnel pain. The Zenooze Wrist Strengthener has become my trusty ally in combating this discomfort. Throughout the day, I take short breaks to use it, gently moving my wrist while simultaneously building strength. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to adjust the tension effortlessly by sliding the center pivot up and down on the spring. However, I should mention that the foam padding around the spring, which rests against your arm, is comfortable but seems a bit less durable. I plan to reinforce it with some gym tape. Additionally, while a rubberized and more ergonomically designed handle (the current one is made of hard plastic) would be preferable, I must say that the overall quality of this product exceeded my expectations, especially considering its price point. So, I'm not complaining, but I'd gladly pay a little more for even greater quality. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the Zenooze Wrist Strengthener. I believe this is a product that can be immensely beneficial to individuals facing similar issues as mine. I recommend it, particularly given its affordable price.

Not adjustable and pretty painful. Just ok
So you put your arm in it and you use it just like in the picture and it allows you to try to curl your wrist and give you a little bit of exercise strength. Unfortunately the bar that hits just below your wrist puts a little bit too much pressure and it hurts. We had a few different people try it and everybody agreed that this thing was just too painful to use especially when there's other devices like even a free weight that would do a lot better. In addition to it being too painful it also was not adjustable it's pretty much set to the same strength. For me I felt it was a little bit too easy and for my wife she thought it was a little bit too hard so it was good for neither of us.Honestly I feel there's a lot better ways to exercise your wrist than having something like this that just does one task.On the flip side this is very well made and it's pretty much indestructible you could probably run over it with your vehicle and it won't even hurt it.

Great For Targeting Muscles and Tendons From Fingers to Even Shoulders and Chest!
This Zenooze Wrist Strengthener is made to last, and has a lot more versatility than one might imagine! I've included pics of a few ways to use it, though there are far more than depicted.By moving the sliding bar of the device to various positions (which is easily done by squeezing the springs together to release the tension on the webbing loops) and using your imagination, grabbing the tool in various ways, performing a variety of arm flexes, twists and extensions and even pressing on other surfaces, you can put tension on very specific areas, from each individual finger and thumb, to full grip, back of the hand, top or bottom of wrist, top or bottom of forearm, inner and outer elbow and even a bit on your biceps and shoulders. You can also target your chest and biceps even more by bending, pressing or pulling with both hands, more isometrically. The more you try to bend the springs and the longer you hold them that way, or the more reps, the harder the work, so this device can be used for very gentle rehab as well as serious muscle building!

Tool to strong for me.
Well I can’t really say much, it might be good for others but not for me. It’s way too strong for me. I had wrist surgery May 22 and I cannot use this, I want to send it back please.Well did really read my review, because I believe I mentioned I want to send it back, I can’t use it. Hello, your responseonly said that you appreciated that I gave a review and that’s it, oh and a reference number, I feel like your blowing me off, and don’t appreciate getting treated this way, and you make it difficult to return things, and theres a few other things I’m upset with your company.
