Not every convenience store/drugstore/beauty supply store carry the Clairol Balsam line. For years I thought they had stopped producing this product altogether. I like this product because it colors my hair nicely and there is no harsh smell, as with other hair color products. Also no itching or redness, which I occasionally get even at the beauty shop. The good news: the color lasts just as long as the more expensive lines and covers resistant grays. It is gentle and you get natural looking color. Vendor filled order quickly. Much easier to buy this product through Amazon, than to visit a half a dozen stores, Duane Reade, Walgreen, Rite Aid, etc. and be disappointed when you don't find it on their shelves.
