Very easy to adjust. If you’re in between sizes like me, just go with the bigger size. Fits me perfect. My hat size is 7 1/8. I do very light sparring with my friends, so this works perfect for me.

Overall it's not horrible headgear it's serves its purpose but the padding in the back really makes it feel awkward on my head and it is a little bothersome but it lasted long a little uncomfortable but worth it

It looks good coming out of the package, fits somewhat securely at first, but it shifts whenever you get hit with a punch at more than 30% power, and the visibility is awful. I spent half the round adjusting it. back in place so I could see. This is OK for very light sparring where you just need ANYTHING between your head and your opponent, but if you spar in serious session, please do yourself and your brain a favor and invest in something better. Don't skimp on something protecting your head.

When I got the gear the box was opened, no rips or nothing looks very big when put on & kinda crooked but overall a great product recommend buying one from a store were u can see it in person

Fits well and loss of vision isnt too bad. Haven't taken a hit yet with it on but seems to be about as good as you would get out of any other product.
