Decreasing effects on the time the pack lasts.
So I originally bought these tablets for use as a pre-workout supplement before I got to the gym to do some weight training for all my body muscles. I've been looking for a pre-workout supplement that would be okay for young people, and caffeine seemed like the best choice. As I started using it the first time was amazing and I got a really good boost in energy for the first hour in the gym< but it faded towards the other half of my workout, which was okay because most pre-workout supplements don't last much longer than that anyways. As expected, my body started being resistant to the effects of the tablets and so the boost in energy in the gym wasn't as much as I would have hoped after almost a week. It was very impressive but it became less impressive over time and by the time I finished it I almost didn't realize any difference. I weight almost 165 lbs for anyone who was wondering and I used to take one tablet 15 minutes before I would get to the gym.

I normally use these as a preworkout to help me get hyped up before a heavy set.they deliver an effective dose of caffeine and take around 15 mins to kick in,definetely worth the spend.

not working
tried this product as per good reviews , tried to use according to the leaflet attached - didn't work. Tried to use different variations - more/ after meal/ no meal/ morning/ evening - and no result

So so
I grabbed these as an experiment, to try to find an alternative to caffeinated beverages.These caffeine pills came packaged in a small, flat bag. The bag is supposedly resealable. But isn't in practice - the bag ripped slightly when being first opened, resulting in it not being possible to reseal it properly. Luckily I have a lot of ziplock bags to hand.The pills are tiny and very easy to swallow. Although they worked ok, I think I'll stick with caffeinated beverages.

A necessary evil
Great value for money, and much needed for my night-shift job, I believe these are better for you than energy drinks anyway (and cheaper).
