Eating half of this high protein bar for breakfast is a perfect way to kick your day into high gear. I eat half the bar with a cup of coffee before my 12 mile bike ride and was energetic the entire ride. I'm 78 years old!

These bars are delicious and are high in protein so they are very filling. They are gluten free, GMO free and Low GI. You can even eat a portion of the bar for a light snack to hold you over until you have a meal.

These were horrible! I tried one bar, the chocolate was all white looking and the bar deformed. It tasted old and dry. One bite and I threw it away. I bought a box of 10 and discovered at the time of delivery there was only 1 week until the expiration date on the wrapper. All of this only to find it can't be returned. What a disgusting waste of money!

These are good. Texture is different from what I have had in other bars. These are soft but I like them
