1star because you have to star it that. ZERO STARS. I ordered this to have as an emergency phone to store in my car with a prepaid SIM card. Ya know, in case something happened and I had lost or broken my normal phone. After receiving this phone, that does not come with a sim, I went to purchase one that was prepaid and then the phone would not recognize the sim. I looked further into this phone model and you can NOT FIND ANY INFO on what is needed to have service. Seriously, google this phone, no info other than “won’t work in the US”. Apparently 2G service is no longer supported here in the states? Just don’t buy this POS. Go spend $20 or more on something that can actually work. DONT BUY THIS!

No debería de darle ni una estrella , pero es obligatorio ,la estrella es porque llegó súper rápido !Este teléfono lo compre , para mi papá que es de la tercera edad que vive en México , súper decepcionada con el producto el cargador no entra para ponerlo a cargar y los botones del volumen no funcionan ,!!

I'll save US customers some time: there's only one 2G provider that still supports 2G (T-Mobile) and they are shutting that down on April 2, 2024.This phone will still work in some parts of the world, but you'll be SOL in the countries that have shut down 2G (and 3G) and reassigned the radio frequencies to 4G/5G.
