Faulty device
Disappointed with this item.I purchased it as a gift and the sound did not work no matter what I did.Installed drivers, Windows updates, updated bios, installed a FRESH copy of both Windows 10 and Windows 11 and nothing worked.I even looked up a lot of answers on forums and Chat GPT without luck.The item was stated as Excellent condition so it should not behave this way.All in all I spent over 5 hours on this and asked for a refund.
