Lux Estate Soft Pillow Top Mattress, Queen

I knew which mattress I wanted for my bad back, and this company had the absolute best pricing possible. The shipping was fairly quick and the mattress was brand new, clean and well wrapped. Perfect! Will shop with them again!

The mattress itself, I love. I tested several mattresses, and kept coming back to this one. So I decided to order one. Been sleeping on it a week now, and it's very comfortable. It's supportive, but also has a thick pillowtop. Very happy with the mattress.Now with that said, I'm very upset with the delivery. I was given a delivery date, a week out. That was fine. On the day I was supposed to receive the mattress, I dismantled our old bed, and assembled our new frame. The Mattress never showed up. I was unable to track it due to the company they used. I then checked back to Amazon and I was given a new delivery date another week out. I then threw our old mattress down on the living room floor and slept of the floor for a week. Here comes the day of the new delivery. Waited, Waited.... nothing. I had to find the delivery company online and called them. Come to find out, the first delivery company passed it onto a new delivery company and I was going to have to wait another week! My husband and I got the address of the delivery company and I had to drive threes hours to pick up our mattress from the delivery company.Like I said, I love the mattress itself, but very upset with the delivery process and having to either wait another week sleeping on the floor, or driving three hours to pick it up myself.

I like the mattress, but it is not quite as soft as I was expecting. So far after two weeks I do like it and glad I purchased it.

We paid a lot of money for a king Lux Estate. In a little over a year it began to sink on both sides of a ridge in the middle. It is now very uncomfortable and something this expensive should be a reliable product. We contacted the furniture store where we bought it and they sent out a manufactures rep to evaluate it. They placed a taught string across the bed and you could see the depressions and the ridge. They measured the depression at the ridge and said the mattress was fine. I am very disappointed with S&F and the store where I bought it. I will not buy any other products from either again.

This mattress is incredibly comfortable and provides great support.
