Very bad product made a mistake buying, within one or 2 use sparks are coming & now it stopped working, need to check if warranty will work.

Small Jar bade broken after 5 months of use
Customer service pathetic. The heartless chutney jar got damaged and customer service came with normal jar. They said they will com back with original jar after a week. But nobody came even after repeat service request through IVR. Nobody there in Crompton customer care to talk our complaints. Better avoid Crompton.

Got on same day of booking really service is awesome.. looks nice powerful motor and the chutney jar was the reason to buy and i am satisfied

Mixar ki body andar se damage hai ... Kharab product Mila hai. मेरे को ये प्रोडक्ट लेने के बाद मिक्सर स्टार्ट इसकी मोटर सेंटर में न होने के कारण मिक्सर और जार की कपलिंग खराब हो जाती है ।।। Please help
