Fantastic rice
I have never tasted a better brown rice . It has a wonderful flavour and texture. Make sure you cook it for long enough (I found that 28 minutes was about right - longer than recommended). It has none of the astringency of other brown rice I have tried.

Tastes good. It does take a bit longer to cook but then I like it soft.

Great taste and texture.
I buy this for my dog to go with his organic chicken and veg!! He says it tastes great! ( it does! I have tried it!) much better than normal brown rice. Just has more flavour to it. Very happy with the price and delivered promptly.

Worst rice ever
Don’t buy this rice!! It’s absolutely horrible. It’s so stale, I cooked it in an instant pot using the usual brown rice setting and it’s still hard. Also tried cooking it down in a congee and it’s still hard and it comes out sandy. The worst rice I’ve ever had. I still have a whole pack in my cupboard which will now be wasted.

Takes forever to cook
Though supposedly long grain, the rice grain is small compared to brown Basmati with much less flavour. We routinely cook rice in the microwave, but this rice takes forever to cook, 20 min or more on high power - so often a poor texture on completion. Only plus is that it is from Italy - one of the countries with a low arsenic content in rice. Would not buy again.
