I can honestly say that this excellent product has restored dignity to my 92 year old father & made his daily life so much easier. I purchased these as they are soft and very padded. Front and back protection which is lovely. Also nice on the stomach, I've recently had stomach surgery and they sit so comfortable on my scar. Highly recommend these.

I was looking for some more absorbent incontinence pants to use at night and was impressed with the reviews. Honestly though these are the worst ones I've tried! The elastic waist band had no give at all and I struggled to get them on. They didn't fit right around my legs so they leaked badly..... certainly not maximum absorption as stated on the package.... will NOT recommend them.
