We ordered this feeder bc we were heading out of town for longer than 3 days and needed our cat to be fed. Set up was easy. App was simple. The machine looks great and performs perfectly. It told us every time the feeder gave a snack or his full meal. So many options for times and amount given. The buttons lock and it turned into a puzzle for him to figure out. He did figure out how to unlock the machine after 2 months haha. This worked so well we kept it around even after we got back. He absolutely loves it and it still works good (been 3 months). We will keep and continue to use!!

When the vet suggested we get an automated feeder to help control our cat's weight, I thought this was a bit silly. I was wrong though. I really love this thing! Setup is pretty easy and everyone is a bit happier... the cat has learned he'll get fed at the appropriate times so he nags us less, and though it's a small thing, it's one less chore to do. I'd like to get one for the barn and our cat who lives there, though I'm concerned it might not like the less-than-clean environment. It may well be fine too... I'm still deciding.

Super easy to set up, friendly easy interface for the WiFi feeding function. It’s really handy if you have last minute plans to go out and can just feed your cats any time from anywhere. I’ve had it for over a month and it hasn’t had any connectivity issues (knock on wood).Honestly great feeder for decent price. And it’s not hideous

I am so glad I purchased this feeder!! It works amazing!! Zero issues whatsoever. I liked it so much & so did my daughter, so I got her one for her cat too. Best feeder!!!!!

I found it fairly easy to set up. I had a couple miscues. Like the time I wanted to give the standard 1/12 cup at an extra time and ended up giving 3 1/2 cups. This was an operator, not device, error. It asked me if I wanted to give that, and I clicked yes before engaging my brain and could not cancel it (or couldn't find out how). I felt like Lucy at the candy factory, trying to scoop and get food back in the canister....it went faster than I did and there was a cat head in the way. Not really the Petlibro's problem. I do find the food gets broken down too dusty toward the end to easily clean. I set it up to use my voice and call the cat's name twice when it is ready to dispense the food. The cat learned that very quickly, in fact his internal clock has him at or near it when food is dispensed. I really highly recommend. My hesitance is what will happen in the longer run to the taste of the food if I don't figure a way to clean it better.
