Great exercise on a budget
I have been dealing with health issues from long covid so i gave not been able to leave my home much for months now. I purchased this as an attempt to get in some exercise and to help me lose the 10 lbs i gained being out of work for now. I have been using it 3 to 4 times a day doing 100 reps per set, doing 50 with overhand grip and 50 with underhand grip. It is a great workout that affects calves, thighs, back, shoulders, neck, back the the arms, biceps, and forearms. It was very simple to assemble and is small enough that the size is perfect for my apartment. The cost is very low as an entry level quiet rowing machine. The quality of the machine is pretty great in my opinion, holds up well. Overall the performance of this machine is fantastic. I have had it for weeks now and the only wear i see on it is a little bit on the paint where the seat travels back and forth. I know others have complained about the seats size and comfort... i have had no issue with the seat at all and find it plent comfortable. The resistance bands are covered in woven fabric that seems good quality, havent noticed any fraying at all. The bar grip is good too, padded on both sides and easy to grip. The readout is fairly simple on the display so very easy to understand.

Good value if your technique is good.
I'm 6'2, 192lbs, 35" inseam and long arms. This machine is both strong enough and long enough for me to get a great workout... as long as my technique is good. I've deducted 1 star because the resistance doesn't seem to be adjustable, so going hard on it is very difficult if I'm recovering from a heavy lift day and just want cardio. Having said that, this was a great purchase, and here are some tips for anyone that's new to rowing:1) There are four stages to each repetition of rowing. The catch, the drive, the finish, and the recovery. You can help your forearms and joints by keeping your thumb over the grip rather than squeezing it. Just form a claw through the entire workout. My grip strength and forearms are no joke after years and years of needing to be able to grip, carry, and maneuver big/heavy/cumbersome things, and my forearms are gassed out way before the rest of me.2) During the catch, make sure your back is straight and your lats are stretched by keeping your arms extended.3) During the drive, keep your arms extended, your core tight, and make sure you're driving with your quads (front of thighs) and glutes. Once you feel your glutes activates, it's time for...4) The finish! Keeping your legs extended, imagine pulling from your elbows until the bar is at the bottom of your sternum. Start that pull by pinching your shoulder blades together, then move those elbows to your ribs. Then lean back, keeping your back straight and your abs tight as you complete your pulling movement.5) The recovery is returning to the beginning. Use your abs to move your torso forward, letting your arms stretch back out. Once your hands pass your knees, let your knees bend and return to the starting position. The calorie counter is useless, but if you have a Fitbit it will recognize that you are rowing and log the workout. And once you get in the zone, oh boy, you can get an excellent workout out of this thing without destroying your knees, wrists, or anything but your muscles. Paired with some decent lifting, this little cheap rowing machine is a very, very, very valuable part of a total body fitness routine.

Good price, feels like it will last
Works well. I really like the build and it feels like it could last a long time because there aren't motors that can break down. It's a little hard at first, I don't think it's very easy to reduce the load. But easy enough that you get used to it. Also folds away nicely. Good price.

Easy assembly, great workout.
Very easy to assemble, well packaged for delivery. Simple to use and set up. I’m 6’ and I fit on it with room to spare. The low resistance setting is great for now. I find it has enough resistance on the low setting for a good workout. Stows away nicely and very easily.Great product. It came with a large red rubber band ( 3” wide and about a foot long marked “Heavy” on it. Not sure what it’s for but it came with it and nothing in the directions about it. Works great without putting it anywhere..confused about it.
