I am a young female struggling with snoring, mainly due to deviated septum. My partner struggles sleeping with me some nights, it’s embarrassing but there’s nothing I can do unless I get a nose job.I was very sceptical about using tape like this, what if my breathing is restricted? But I really want to stop snoring so decided to give these a go, especially seeing as the price point is so much better than other options on the market. Let’s not kid ourselves, this is just a plaster at the end of the day.These are really good and I think it’s the first time since I remember when I woke up without that horrible dry mouth feeling. I avoided putting my usual face cream etc around my mouth to make sure the adhesive worked properly and had no issues at all. It stayed on all night, I didn’t suffocate and my partner could not hear me snoring at all, so I would say these are a success for me!Would definitely recommend!

It was something new to try, so I bouht the cheapest available, it worked, good cover and good adherence. It does leave some adhesive on your lips. I can live with that. I'm getting better quality sleep now as im not breathing through my mouth and I'm sure that I'm not snoring, I won't know for sure until I share a room with someone.

I don't know if I'm snoring to stop but this is stopping me from grinding my teeth/clenching my jaw! I wish I had this years ago! No longer waking up with sensitive gums, aching jaw and tasting blood.For people who follow a skin care routine, if you have enough of a gap for your products to be absorbed you won't have any issue with adhesion. Or just avoid the patch area. Same with using lip balm prior too. It is very adhesive so I put some on and I let it absorb and rub in any reside that's left when it's time to go to sleep.They hold all night, and have enough stick to pull off and reposition. Half way through my first batch and will definitely buy again as will save me so much more in dental care in the long run!

It was effective but quite painful to remove.

The first time I bought these, they were great! However ordered again and they are faaaar too sticky now, they rip the skin off my lips and are quite painful to remove; so won’t be ordering again.

Supplied in a pack of 60. These are really big plasters. I cut mine into small strips to be placed vertical over both lips. The glue is hypoallergenic, strong, the plaster does not come of in the middle of the night,but there is no residue on left on your lips.I have tried loads of gadgets, drops etc to stop snoring and get a good night's sleep.Using them for the night, l wondered if would be able to fall asleep with a strip of plaster stuck to my lip,but l did.I can honestly say that l could tell the difference in quality of sleep when l woke up.I have been able to wear a strip every night,and can tell my sleep quality is great.I know they won't suit everyone, but l was so fed up of feeling tired and having disturbed sleep, l know that l have found my solution.I do recommend these, and will be buying again when l have ran out

Easy to use and remain in place throughout the night. Aids a good sleep with the use of a sleep apnoea machine. It may take a few nights to get used to it but well worth it

I usually wear the black ones but accidentally bought the white ones. Extremely sticky and it some ways very painful to peal off but they do do the job. The white ones have a weird smell so if you buy them get the black ones as they don’t.
