This is a large (500gms) bag of Ashwagandha powder, which is supposed to be very good for the memory and focussing the mind relieving stress. It has a bitter taste so would probably be best used with something sweet, or added to a strong flavoured drink or even food. The proof of the effectiveness will be tested in a longer use of the powder.
