I was a little unsure about this handle/lockset because it looks like something you might see at an office on a set of glass doors but this is a really beautiful handle. Love the look and the smooth operation. I like that it's got all the main requirements for a smart lock: biometrics, physical key and key card plus of course the phone app. Plenty of available one time use codes for those people you want to let in once and not again OR dont want them to know they have a permanent code to the house...like a house sitter or cleaning company. The install was not very easy so if you are not a more advanced DIY'er either hire someone to install this lock OR go slow. It takes a but of extra work to line up a linear handle/lock. In all, a gorgeous handle set with all the right features. Love it.

The BluSafe Origin smart lock seems to be a great flexible solution IF it fits your door. If you don’t have a door that is the right depth, isn’t configured with the key under the latch, and that isn’t a UK-style multi-point lock, you may find you’ve just purchased a premium wireless door lock that is unusable without framing yourself out a new doorway. Details are prominent on the BluSafe website, but conspicuously absent on their Amazon storefront, so go to the source before making such a significant investment!

I had a professional install this and it only took him about 20 minutes. It works works perfectly for us because we do not like having a man keys. We don’t even manage keys with the car so it’s a lot easier for us.

The ability to unlock my door with a card or my phone is a real time saver, especially when my hands are full. My only small gripe is that the app can be a bit slow at times, but it's not a major issue and usually works fine. I bought this to use on our front door in place of the original door knob. This unit is well made and easy to install and program to work.You have to be sure that it will fit your door before starting so that you don't run into problems but other than that this is a great lock and I love the lever handles.

These is a really cool, smart lock, it is beautiful, stylish and very modern the box that comes in. It’s beautiful and well presented. I really am happy about my purchase and I will definitely buy more to decorate my house. I definitely recommended to anyone.

I am loving this new door handle and lock. It's made extremely well with heavy duty, quality materials. And it looks so nice on the door. It's very sleek & classy looking. Easy to set up too.

Love the lock but I can’t find the WiFi hub.
