THIS IS BEAUTIFUL/COMMENTS
I felt the need to review this more than any other product ive bought on amazon. There are quite a few very negative reviews, and that made me hesitate to get this. i loved it in the picture. Many people had bad expirences with the shipping. For me it arrived in perfect condition. That being said if it had been at all damaged i was prepared to not even get the whole thing out of the box. So i can see how if the shipper bounces the ends around it would produce the damage others show in the pictures. However in my case it was absolutly in perfect condition., You WOULD NOT want this if it was bent up. its beatuy is in the finish. it painted like a brand new car. It is a bit of a chore to put together ,but nothing a little patience wont cure. I had nothing broken or bent. It took about an hour, and your hands will get tired . You do need to spread it out in a place you can work. i found on the bed worked well.I LOVE IT> THE COLOR IS VIBRANT > I HAD NO WHEEL ISSUES. IT GLIDES and is super strong. You will need to go back over it and tighten the bolts with a pliers and hex wrench included. BUT ITS IF ARRIVES LIKE MINE JUST GEOGEOUS AND FYNCTIONAL

Very sturdy!
Great item. It took two of us to assemble this, but it’s very sturdy. The holder, on the side, was bent during shipping.

Heavy gauge steel, nice paint job, no defects or damaged parts.
The cart came nicely packaged in a heavy-duty cardboard box. It is made of heavy gauge steel with a nice powder coat paint job and there was no sign of defects or damage of any kind. The cart is assembled using hex head screws which are screwed into pre-threaded holes using a supplied Allen wrench. The cart comes with easy-to-understand instructions and assembly is relatively simple but it does take a LONG time to put it together ( about 2-3 hours with breaks), but the reward is a nice-looking, sturdy, well-built cart. I put it together on top of a large sturdy table which allowed me to sit and/or stand up while assembling it. I put it together by myself but I would highly recommend two people to make the assembly go much easier and faster.

dinged up out of box, wheels aren't level
6 MONTH UPDATE:This has proven to be super sturdy and priceless for our family homeschool textbook central. It's constantly loaded down with textbooks, papers and novels. And it's held up very very well. It looks the same as it did when I first put it together. I am content with it and grateful for the wheels.1 WEEK UPDATE: With the help of a hammer and wedge, we were able to get the wheels is so it's not off balance now. It rolls very smoothly. I'm happy with it now, but only updated to 4 stars because of all the dents out of the box and the work it took to get the wheels in.PROS:- it would be a nice sturdy book shelf if it didn't have wheel issues- the shelves are flat, not tilted back like a traditional library cart- the box on the side is MUCH larger than I expected, really too large for pens & pencils. Just right for notebooks or, in my case, papers my kids turn in for me to grade (as I homeschool).- the wheels are very sturdy, rubber-coated casters. They can hold plenty of weight! They roll great on my hardwoods and imagine they'd work well on carpet, too.- no tools needed, all is provided (update: a hammer and wedge help with wheels)CONS:- It was dented in multiple areas right out of the box- It was scratched in a few places right out of the box- Not all the screw holes like up well. Because it's black on black on black, it's really hard to find and push & pull to get the screws lined up. You need 2-3 people just for this.- Two of the wheels won't go in all the way. They're on opposite corners, too (one locking wheel, one non-locking). Because we cannot get them in (two very strong men have tried!), the cart sits unlevel and rocks. The wheels do NOT come out once in. So we can't even pull out the 2 wheels that are in properly.- When you try to fix the wheels, the entire foot of the cart comes off!- The back of the cart does not have a finished look. So plan to use this against a wall and not in the middle of a space.Would I buy again? Not the way it is currently. But if the seller could fix the wheel issue, and provide more protection for the parts, then I would absolutely recommend that. It has fantastic potential but the dings, scratches and (especially) wheels just ruin it. Not worth the price for that.

Most parts damaged by manufacturer or packer
Buyer beware. The title says it all - just about every piece was bent, and not as a result of shipping; these parts were wrapped up and put into the box like this. The meticulous arrangement of foam and cardboard inside the shipping box convinced me this wasn't repackaged by a previous owner. And this damage is tough to miss. I feel the manufacturer/assembler did this and just didn't care what they boxed up.While the Amazon app gracefully offered to ship me a replacement, I figured the next one might be just as bad or worse and I really needed a cart.If you buy one and decide to keep it, I recommend getting an alternative to the 6cm Allen wrench provided for the large number of sheet metal screws and the tight angles. The top and side surfaces of my item were somehow unscratched. Some work with gas pliers allowed me to align and wed the shelving end tabs. The socket for one of the casters was missing a corner but these can be found separately for purchase and this one didn't prevent the caster from twisting out under weight.Ultimately I was able to hide all the damage save for the mangled side pocket which I didn't plan to mount anyways. All assembled it's doing its job so far and looks good. The welds and paint appear to be high quality.Still only giving 1 star due to manufacturing/packaging damage.

This thing could stop a truck
This is a very sturdy cart. It's straightforward to put together, and it doesn't have a million pieces. You may swear a few times trying to line things up and getting the screw started in right with the allen wrench. (BTW, who is Allen and why does he have a wrench named after him?) Tip: rotate things so that gravity is your friend. One caution I would add is don't lose those screws, bolts, etc. The manufacturer provides one or two more of each just in case, but you don't want to have to halt this mid-project. It takes up a lot of space before it all comes together.
