Normally, when I take Creatine, I can feel the effects almost immediately. I have been taking these for a couple of months and I never feel anything. I tried another brand that publishes it independently audited testing that proves each gummy is packed and I fell the pump again, so I have to say a big no to this one going forward. These folks state they are tested for quality and safety. They don't specify for potency. It just seems like there is nothing in the gummies. Maybe it is a storage in the warehouse of them prior to shipping issue. I am going to try a direct order from them versus Amazon just to test out my theory.
