Este producto es pésimo.
Se bloquea y se apaga continuamente. Me siento estafado. No se puede devolver. Todo parece indicar que perdí mi dinero. Primera vez que me pasa esto con Amazon, siempre habían respondido.Amazon no se está haciendo responsable por esta basura. Me puso en contacto con un asistente virtual con unas preguntas preconcebidas al que no se le puede explicar la situación... Este lap-top es una estafa. No quiero otro equipo igual, quiero mi dinero.

Very slow
We got these for our daughters for Christmas to give more memory space and speed. This may have memory, but it doesn’t have speed. It’s slow as heck. Piece of s***. I requested a full refund, sent the things back and have yet to get any refund. Don’t buy from this seller.
