Positive experience.
I never thought I’d buy a laptop from Amazon. I was skeptical when I started investigating the various laptops available. I was pleased to see the amount of specifications listed by this seller. It made comparing models so much easier. I’d buy from this seller again. I like the screen quality. The laptops starts quickly. I like the facial and fingerprint recognition. The keyboard has a nice feel to it.

I've had this two or three months and have noticed nothing wrong. The sound is good, but the volume is a bit weak. (nothing a bluetooth speaker won't fix). The video display is par excellant..better than my MacBook.I like to gripe but can't find anything to gripe about here.

They may say it's from HP but I doubt it. Multiple problems in less than 5 months.
This is my 4th HP laptop over the last 15 years. I have always purchased directly from HP until I saw this deal. It was better than what HP was selling it for. The first problem was that I ordered a laptop with 32 GB of memory. By the time I noticed it that it only has 16 GB of memory, I had transferred everything from the older laptop. They only offered me a $50 refund. Unfortunately, instead of returning the laptop and getting a new one , I took the $50 to avoid the inconvenience.They say that this computer is direct from HP but I doubt it. I bought this in October 2023 to replace a 14 inch HP that was running out of life but which is actually still going better than this one. The first two months it was great then the battery began running down. I can no longer get more than 4 hours out of the battery without having to plug it in. This kind of battery life defeats the purpose of a laptop. In fact, the battery drains at an unbelievable pace even when I am not using it and it is closed. I am an attorney and have been in court with it and it has died after a few hours.Another problem is the webcam. In theses days of Zoom and Teams meeting, a webcam is absolutely necessary. It worked at first but then just stopped. I deleted the driver, downloaded it again and it appeared to have solved the problem. It happened again and the same solution worked. The third time was not the charm. The webcam is now dead. Everything I have tried hasn't worked. The laptop now tells me that I do not even have a webcam. I am not going to have to buy an aftermarket webcam.I have tried to reach the seller with no luck. HP told me the warranty has expired despite the fact that I bought it in October 2023.UPDATE: The computer now crashes every hour or two, showing the blue screen of death with various stop codes. I have done everything I can do. The computer told me that Outlook needs to be reinstalled because of an installation error, despite the fact that it worked fine for a few months. I reinstalled Outlook, put all my email addresses in again one at a time and it happened again.BUYER BEWARE. PIECE OF JUNK.

False Advertisement-Sham Warranty HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f2xxx
I ordered the laptop directly from HP. The most important features for me were the hard drive of 1 TB, 16 GB of memory, the lightweight, and most importantly, the battery life of 10 to 12 hours. 10 to 12 hours would give me enough charge to carry the lightweight laptop with me through the day without having to carry a heavy adaptor and look for a place to plug it in during the day. Less than a month after my purchase, I realized the battery drains in about 4 hours -that is about one-third of the battery life declared in the manufacturer’s specifications.I contacted HP and after many hours of online chat and phone calls, they escalated the case to Mr. Deba the Escalation Manager. After some email exchanges and phone calls, he decided to send me a box and a shipping label, send me a loaner, extend the warranty to two years, and fix and return the laptop. The loaner never came and I was left without a laptop for six days, the warranty was not extended, and the laptop came back totally unchanged. As before, the battery discharges in about four hours.During the painful exchanges, I repeatedly asked for the return and refund of my money. I am an American consumer, who purchased the laptop in the US from an American company. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (MMWA), a federal law that protects consumers by governing warranties on consumer products, is very clear on this issue. They must honor their warranty and refund my money.Unfortunately, according to Mr. Deba, HP Spectre has been outsourced to India. All calls (all the phone numbers for HP offices in the US of A) go to the same two or three people in India who stubbornly refuse to honor HP’s declared warranty of one year. There is no way to reach anybody in the US. I don’t know which US court or agency is the most appropriate to resort to. Please comment if you have a solution for me. Meanwhile, I suggest that you stay away from this company. Their warranty is a sham!!!
