Got my LG washing machine back up and running!
My LG washing machine suddenly stopped draining, and so I suspected the drain pump. After watching a YouTube video of someone making the same repair, I was sure that I could do it. Getting to the pump was pretty easy, and I could see there were no other blockages in the drain line, and so I ordered this pump with next day delivery. It arrived within 24 hours, and just took an hour to install, and get everything back together. It worked perfectly!Price was great too, and I guess the only question now is longevity, but I'm impressed so far, and am happy that I just saved $100s.

Good value and arrived two days earlier
My pump went out on Thursday morning. After troubleshooting and determining that a new one was required, it was Friday afternoon. For my Kenmore washer, with two other vendors, it would cost about $30 for the part and $40 for expedited shipping to arrive on Monday, or around $15+ to get it sometime on Tuesday. With my prime membership, was able to get the part on Sunday for free. The part was easy to install, although to be fair I was using YouTube videos. There was very little documentation that arrived with it. The pump worked immediately after assembly, and has been working for over two weeks, and approx. 15 loads of laundry (Of course the original broke when we were far behind). Longevity will be the ultimate test, but so far I'm very satisfied.

Easy to buy and replace!
I’m not mechanically inclined or adept at any kind of house repairs. That’s why, when our washer stopped working, my first instinct was to call a repair company. However, after being told we’d have to wait weeks for a service appointment, we decided to try fixing it on our own. I was nervous about buying a part from Amazon, partially because of concerns about the potentially poor quality, but also because of worries regarding ordering the wrong part, especially considering our washer is considerably old now. Luckily, LG parts, at least this part, are fairly universal. After watching a few YouTube videos, we were able to replace the pump within an hour or so, and it works like new again. I’m thankful to the seller for selling at least what seems like a quality part, and also to LG for making parts easy to purchase and to replace, especially considering my lack of repair knowledge. Thank you for making my job easier!

Prefect Fit
This was a great fit for my LG washing machine. I wasn’t sure this was the problem, but it wasn’t draining and it was making a weird noise before I would get an error message. Everything I read online said that it was likely this part. So it was priced at a point that I was ok to try this with some confidence from my online research. It worked and the install videos online were easy to follow step by step. I had it installed in about 15-20 minutes. I had a little experience with opening up the washing machine from installing new shock absorbers a few months earlier. But it was easy to do. Highly recommended. I do not know the longevity of this item, but I have had it installed for about 2 months now. I will update this if it fails soon. Would buy again.

Perfect fit in our LG front loading washer!
We had our 10-year old LG front load washer throw an error code for drain hose blockage. A quick YouTube search turned up the drain pump failure fix. Watched several of these showing how to take the washer apart and replace the pump for a fraction of what the repair guys would charge. So my wife and I decided to take the challenge...we ordered the part and prepared to take our awesome washer apart. Very intimidating!! You will need to get to the bottom-most part of your washer, so there will be a lot of disassembly. But trust me, watch some videos and you will have the confidence to tackle this project yourself! We must've saved at least $500 doing it ourselves. It's not exactly easy, but it's not really that hard either. This unit has been working perfectly for several months now. Thumbs up!!

Not OEM, super simple install
While it didn’t seem “OEM” the part was almost 100% identical to the one that was damaged from the washing machine. The product itself looks good and functions well. I will say it is a bit louder than I expected, so if your washer is not in your basement, might be something to think about.Build quality looked pretty comparable to OEM part, but again the non OEM does scare me from a longevity perspective.Swapping out old part for new was a breeze. The whole removal and Install was easy, I took the long route and pulled all the trim out. The longest step was getting the clamp back around the gasket. Took an extra 45 min, but have a second pair of pliers ready and another set of hands. If I have to replace again, I’ll most likely go from the bottom. Being that it wasn’t an OEM part, I’ll expect to do so in a year or so.If you have a free afternoon, and the price of the part, it beats paying a repair guy $150+ or even getting a new unit at $1,000+ these days.
