Not compatable.
Not compatable!!!!! This manufacturer's product does not work! This is the correct ID for the cartridge, but it is a poor quality and the printers do not recognize it. Do not waste your money on this.

Low Quality: prints smudged black line down the side
The first cartridge worked fine. The second one started printing a smudged black line down the let side of every page within the first 20 pages. I had to throw it away and go to the store for a Cannon printer cartridge because I needed one urgently. These are client documents - they can’t look like this. Will not buy these again.

No Compatible As It Claims
The listing for the ad said it was compatible with a Canon MF462dw. Months after I bought it I tried to install it. It would not fit. I then noticed that a tag on the box no longer had Cannon MF462dw listed. It was way passed the time I had to return it. I have not found any way to contact the seller about this matter. I would like my money back.

Just as Good as OEM at a Fraction of the Price
This is a quality replacement toner cartridge at a fraction of the price. The print quality is clear and clean, no smears or smudges to worry about, drop in the print device and may say okay to the message that it isn't an OEM product and off to printing you go. I am very happy with the one I got and when I need to resupply I will be getting another one of these.

Still printing
I exhausted the original toner in my Canon fairly quickly and replaced it with this. The printer recognized it immediately and I've been printing ever since. The darkness did not drop off and the print is still crystal clear. I don't know how many pages I'm down, but with 4 people printing from their devices, I'm sure it's racking up. Price is right and the change couldn't have been easier.

Ordered two (2) toners, one worked fine not the other
I ordered the two toner package. When I inserted the first toner, the copies were very dim-light. This has not happened before with this printer (owned it over 2 years). Inserted the second toner cartridge - it worked fine as it should. One toner was fine, the other did not work properly. Both were packaged and shrink wrapped the same way in the box.
