The product description states "This set includes three nail clippers of different sizes and shapes, each designed to suit a specific type of nail. The curved edge is ideal for cutting the nails of the fingers, a straight edge is perfect for cutting the nails of the toe and a slant edge is suitable for trimming the cuticles and hangnails." I cannot see any difference between the 3 nail clippers other than their size and handle shape. Each clipper has an identical curved cutting edge, commensurate to their size, there is no "straight" or "slanted" edge.The clippers are sturdy and well-made, easy to use, trimmed my nails (hands and toes) neatly and efficiently.I cannot recommend them, however, as anyone purchasing this set would, rightfully, expect to have 3 different cutting edges as per the product description. If the manufacturer were to amend the description to clearly show the customer will be receiving 3 different sizes of the same cutting edge, then I would happily upgrade my rating.

I didn’t like the look of these clippers. That probably wasn’t helped by the fact that they came in cellophane packing, better packing e.g. a box might have created a better first impression. During use the largest clippers worked ok on toe nails and the smallest one just about ok on finger nails. Perhaps the middle size was meant to be used for cuticles as it didn’t cut nails well. Sorry overall this set of clippers wasn’t for me.

Very good set of nail clippers. Each one very well made, and I love the rose gold colour. Very good value.
