1 month later and I have a well established shrimp colony
TL;DR; Lost one in shipping and a couple died early on. Others are very health and active. They have been very busy as well. I have dozens of baby shrimp already.I ordered these little guys just under 1 month ago. Even though they were well packaged and had a heat pack, one of them did die during shipping. I didn't complain about that, that's part of the risk we take shipping living things. Two more died within about a week. Shrimp get stressed easily and this can cause them to molt to early, which can easily cause them to die.My 17 surviving shrimp however, are very healthy and active. They have great color. They have also produced more baby shrimp than I know what to do with. Which is not a bad thing. I bought these to start a shrimp colony and breed shrimp. The other day, I counted 44 baby shrimp in about 10-15 seconds. Who knows how many are still hiding in their big clump of java moss or under the driftwood that's in their tank.I've seen a lot of negative feedback on here and I expect that those are from people who didn't properly acclimate the shrimp to their new environment. You have to let them slowly adjust to the temperature of the new tank at a minimum, but it would be best to drip acclimate them. Again, shrimp are very sensitive to changes in their environment. Another reason for poor results could be from a tank that is not properly set up and cycled. A new aquarium should be cycled without any fish for at least a couple weeks. It's best to use some filter material or other porous material from a well established tank or use something like safestart or quick start. This will make sure the tank has the bacteria that it needs to regulate water parameters. If this isn't done your tank is more likely to have major problems due to bad water conditions and possibly kill everything in the tank.Anyways, from my experience the shrimp aren't to blame. They are healthy and fun to watch. Would buy again.

I got 19 big, beautiful, healthy shrimp (plus 15 newborns)
I received my shrimp early, and not only were they quite a bit bigger than expected, they came with berried mommas and 15 newborns that must have been born in transit. Interestingly, the instructions say just to acclimate to temp and not to drip acclimate. Not sure why. I did drip acclimate anyway, and all are thriving. I should mention I live in Michigan and that bag of water they were in was COLD when i got it off my front porch. I drop acclimated overnight. They are big, bright and beautiful and molting like crazy. Very happy with my purchase! I would definitely order from them again. One died within a day of putting it in my tank, but the rest are busy "shrimping" with their little arms and cruising around the tank looking for whoever just molted. Great price, too!

Horrible experience
This order of 20 Fire Red Neos were the first and only shrimp added to my (cycled) tank.- No other snails, shrimp, or fish.- Perfect parameters.-Drip acclimated over several hours.- high death rate upon arrival.- no obvious signs of illness or parasite, but questionable general health (not super vibrant, somewhat lethargic, seemed to be older adults, etc).- sold as high grade fire red per description, however these are probably closer to mid grade imo.- didn’t quarantine since there were no other livestock in the tank. One month later, I have 9 adult shrimp left. That’s not the worst part however…- some started showing signs Scutariella.- had to purchase aquarium salt, quarantine supplies, medications, etc.- had to be ultra cautious and perform even more tank maintenance multiple times per day to try to mitigate spread and pull molts out.- THEN I SPOTTED CLADOGONIUM.- usually a death sentence for shrimp.- can wipe out entire colonies.- spores hide in substrate.- can be invisible for months before turning bright green. Is considered full blown infection at this point… when it is usually too late to help.- prevents reproduction.- very few remedies available. What is available can also cause shrimp death and has poor results anyway. So now not only do I have very few shrimp left, but they aren’t breeding, I have spent LOTS of money on remedies for lower quality shrimp, and I can’t even buy more for this tank because they would likely become infected with clado as well. If I nuke this tank and start over I’m looking at several more months to fully cycle again…This is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” I wish I would have invested in higher quality local shrimp instead.

Very good shrimp!
I have purchased shrimp several times from this company, and each time the shrimp arrive safely with minimal doas. This time, I have had only 1 shrimp pass, but the company sends extra to cover that loss. Now, the shrimp are happily grazing on the biofilm on the wood. They're deep red and look to be a good mix of males and females.

Fast Shipping, All 20 Shrimp Alive + Babies
Shrimp arrived safe and sound, a full week ahead of schedule. All 20 shrimp are alive and appear healthy, and there were even tiny babies swimming in the bag so definitely check before discarding the water. It's been a couple of days now and the shrimp are keeping busy - no casualties. Very happy with my purchase.

Great.
I received my shrimp very quickly after ordering. They were packaged correctly with every precaution covered by the seller. They were shipped and arrived promptly and most importantly I ordered 20 and every single one survived, not only did they survive they were healthy and extremely lively, in my experience shrimp normally hide after putting them in the tank, not these ones. After quite a lengthy acclimating process I netted them into my tank and they went right to work doing all the shrimp things we love to watch. If I'm ever in need of shrimp again I will absolutely buy them through these guys!!!!!
