True fit for large adult cuff. quality is great and just like the doctors offices. functionality work with my b/p cuff at home, comfortable to use and ease to change on to the new b/p. accuracy is spot on.

I have not used it, cuff was not as wide as I had anticipated based on being called Extra-large, is same size as the one I have and not what my dr. Suggested, have not bothered to return it due to expense for return shipment would not be justified, will just wait until I can locate another product which will meet my needs.

I replaced the old arm sleeve & this one fits just fine & works better, easy to use & it’s worth the money.

I bought these for my sister who has big arms. She says that they squeezed her arm really tight and felt very uncomfortable. I wonder if this could be because my old cuff was stiff and wide whereas this cuff was just a soft vinyl sleeve? Anyway, I ended up having to replace the cuff so this one just sits in a drawer unused. Disappointed.But, I think the issue is more of the arm than the cuff. if the arms are firmer and more muscular or the blood pressure is detected with less of a squeeze then this cuff may fine work for you.

I purchased this larger sleeve cuff for our new Omron blood pressure monitor I had purchased for my husband. As soon as he received the larger cuff and giving it a try, he was having incredibly high readings. I work in the medical field, I brought home a stethoscope, took my husband’s blood pressure and it was much lower than the larger cuff was reading. Decided to put back on the original cuff that came with the Omron monitor and that cuff was giving similar readings to the stethoscope. I was really hoping this would be accurate and reliable (as he does need a larger cuff) but after checking the proper way with the stethoscope, I do not trust the readings of this larger cuff.

The hook and loop lost strength after less than two months use. Slips and error results. Do not recommend.
