You can only file electronically and you have use their system which is an extra cost. I was simply looking for a program I could use to print and save. This is not it.

TFA Tax Software is Great
This software is very easy to use.

Not user friendly
If you are only doing a few 1099s or W2s this is probably fine. However the user guide is only a sheet of FAQs and did not include how to transfer recipients to the proper 1099; the how-to video a brief advertisement but not instructive. There is no option (that I could see) to print 1099s yourself; only to use their postal option and PAY for them to mail the forms, and only after you'd paid them for efiling the federal. Not worth the money.

Complete kit, great value
I was surprised at how complete this package was for the value price. In addition to the 1099-MISC forms, it included envelopes and 1096 transmittal forms.

Stay Away
Did not like this product. I was able to upload my tax forms (hopefully) to the IRS but I was not able to print any of the forms. I filed and uploaded on Sunday and here it is Thursday and I still have not gotten a confirmation that it was sent or received. I would not trust this product.
