Avid supplement takers may already know about the potential benefits of PRO BIOTICS combined with a healthy diet for gut health and immune function however, if you do some research you will see the potential benefits could be far reaching and significant especially for those like me who are retired and now some cracks are begining to appear! So far the product seems to work well with a slight noticeable improvement for me with a reduced amount of gas after eating. Everyone will likely have a different story so will update after the 4 month trial.The value is GREAT and made in the UK too which for me is a bonus. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Easy to take (although 4 per day is a slight down side ) no obvious taste though. Until i can create a longer term review, for quality, price and manufacturer, as well as the ton of research extolling the potential of this product, i remain positive.

The capsules are easy to swallow and well packaged. The product seems well priced at first glance but then you look at the recommended dosage. The dosage for adults is x4 a day which makes something that could look like a two month supply down to a two week supply.It hasn’t had any adverse affects for me to take these but no noticeable features that make it worth repurchasing.

I am always a tad sceptical about these type of health items. but, i am happily surprised, after a week or so of taking these i feel a lot better, i am not as bloated and though put is easier. i am also not feeling as hungry as i was.so far they are great.

The fact that it is also vegan-friendly with no artificial colors or flavors was a bonus.After taking this supplement for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my digestion. Bloating and discomfort were significantly reduced, and I even noticed an increase in my energy levels. I also love that this product contains inulin, a prebiotic that helps nourish the good bacteria in our gut.

Be very careful.If like me you want to take pre and probiotics but have to watch the pennies be aware that the dosage on the back of the pack says 4.I'm used to a dose of 1 or 2 but if you calculate the number of tablets divided by fouryou run out very quickly and haven't saved money.I'm eking thise out by taking two but wont be fooled again.

Easy to swallow, comfortable size, and no aftertaste. I'd recommend these.
