Great bit of kit works brilliantely people complaining about lack of tools read the instructions first there is a little draw underneath the appliances it has a the small tools in it I would definitely recommend especially for the money.

Quality was great service was good. Disappointed only that it had missing parts hence i had to return back. None other was available.

Most of the pices were missing from my parcel especially the most important pice for using the hose which means not usable for cleaning floors otherwise a good product or would be if all pices where there

I brought this as we have an awful corridor with gritty tiles.7 years I have lived in the same property and "steam mopped" the floors weekly, unfortunately the gritty tiles just started looking worse and worse. I started using a smaller heat steamer and it worked perfectly but unfortunately it only had a little tank so would barely clean one tile before filling up again, so I gave up and brought this.Sceptical at first due to the low price and mixed reviews but glad I did.For those who read the reviews about parts missing, I thought the same but there is a draw in the bottom where the smaller attachments are placed meaning they don't get lost!!4 bars pressure definalty works there's a nice easy to use adjuster for when you font need full power.The lead is longer then most steamers I've used so less unplugging and re plugging in.Highly recommend my floors not at 100% yet agreed but I managed to get most of the dirt up and can now see the grout within 1.5 hours as apposed to 4 hours on a single tile!Capacity of the tank means you can keep going too :)The only downside is the handle it was okay at first but after constant use it's not the most comfortable thing.

Seller communication is brilliant, had a problem and was resolved extremely quickly. Steamer works great love all the tools for different things!

Received a faulty steam cleaner. I contacted seller and they offered a replacement, which I accepted. Unfortunately after using several times, the second machine also stopped working. I have asked for a refund, (£45.99), but have heard nothing further from the seller. 😠

A good Steamer only ridges hurt your hand after holding for a while. Had yo keep changing hands. Will wear a glove next time. Cleaned bathroom tiles and floors fab. Only gave 3 stars because of the handle
