The product is good, but the bag arrived with a small hole on top, resulting in a bit of powder spilling inside the packet.

Impossible to get it to dissolve in water as directed. The sand-like granules settle quickly to the bottom of glass before you can drink it.

I looked forward to trying a small dose, like 2 g, or 3.5 g, of magnesium citrate, to balance off the amount of calcium I was getting from some other items. It took me a while to extract the scoop from the package - and then, once I found it, I saw that it was the size of a half teaspoon. This probably means that the dose one will get from the scoop is about 10.5 mg - well over the 3.5 g amount recommended on the package.

I wish the seller provided info on how much ELEMENTAL magnesium is in, let’s say, in 100mg of this product (the product itself is magnesium and citrate and I would love to know how much of magnesium only without the citrate = elemental magnesium)… but it still works great. UPDATE: it does dissolve completely in a bottle of water carried and lightly shaken via natural movement of arms while walking fast on the way to the gym (20 minutes walk)!! I checked it 4 times and it ACTUALLY DISSOLVED all 4 times!! I was so happily surprised because it didn’t want to dissolve in a glass of water! I feel really great after using it. Great value because I got it in offer for $10. I use it together with msm to avoid notorious msm headaches etc and I take it with other supplements in small doses several times a day. It’s mag citrate so it helps to go to bathroom regularly but without any explosive “situations”. It also calms my mind. I don’t understand why ppl complain here that it’s not the kind of magnesium they looked for when they’re the ones who actually bought it - you’re responsible for your own life and to do your own research, no need to “downvote” a product YOU bought by mistake (without apparently doing even a quick research) and without even trying the product for the sake of checking out if it does what its original purpose is. Like “hello?..”

My wife asked me to get her some magnesium. Went to all the big box stores they wanted way too much money. Not that she's not worth it. In this economy every dollar in savings ,helps.She seems a lot happier now that she's taking it.
