£13.57 for 8000 pages of average text - that's less than 0.2p per page, which is better than most if not all home/office printers around. The way it sticks out is a bit irksome, but a small price to pay for such cheap printing.

This is a cartridge for an office printer, and lasts for a long time. That said, it is not cheap! However, buying it through Amazon is much cheaper than from the manufacturer. Epson - get your act together!

Arrived quickly, and had a long date on the cartridge.

The cartridge was three years past its use by date. It was dried up and would not even register in the printer. Got a refund from Amazon via the A-Z guarantee.

I was disconcerted to find that this cartridge is a long rectangular shape; the consequence of this is that, in order to install the cartridge, the "door" to the ink compartment has to be left open and the cartridge sticks out - extra care has to be taken not to knock or otherwise disturb any of the ink cartridges, so this might not be suitable for a busy office environment.

This extra high capacity cartridge just seems to go on forever making printing very economical. However what you won't find out until it arrives is that you can't close the ink cover if you use it. If you have OCD don't get this as it could drive you wild!!!
