Outstanding Service!
Very pleased and satisfied with my order! Value for the money is great because I purchased on sale! It is extremely heavy. I believe the weight is around 70 pounds so definitely order the trolley! The design is very sleek and the big quality seem very good! The capacity for energy storage is excellent and the noise level is minimal! Their customer service is outstanding. I ran into an issue receiving an inverter with software issues. Sent it back to the company and they had a new one out within a week. I would definitely recommend!

Worth the peace of mind.
Works well and takes up less space. For a whole house battery back up. I love the fact that I can buy up 5 batteries.

Battery Caused a Fire - Refund?
While I was now using this battery initially for awhile as a backup method, was working well.It was located in a climate controlled room, all proper verified wiring if expressed, solar did not go beyond any of the parameters. The battery unit started shutting off and on, then it began to make a weird clicking sound. I took it off the inverter, brought it outside, and started smoking. I just lost $3200 on this purchase, and it had to be thrown away. I have 5 others of these, and I am a bit afraid of what is going to happen. I wish I could at least get refunded for this unit.

Good addition to the base units
Added to my Delta Pro Ultra for more storage of watts to handle longer outages.

Great product
Bought this with 2 batteries for vanlife. Got it on sale and used prime card for more savings.Works as expected, runs my window AC and everything else fine. The only issue is that charging from an EV charger never reaches 7200w. It only goes up to 6000w. An extra 1200w would be nice, thats 10% of extra charge (since i have 2 batteries) per hour.Update: Been a few months now so...1. The charge controller makes a clicking sound when it detects power from solar panels, not loud or obnoxious but something to consider i guess? It clicks on/off in the mornings and evenings due to low solar irradiation.2. The battery level indicator is only accurate for a few days. I think the batteries have to be charged to 100% once in a while to keep it accurate. I currently have it set to max discharge 5% and max charge 95%. The amount of power I use from an EV charger and the percent on the display is off significantly, so when I notice that, i just charge it to full.3. The LCD display is constantly turning off/on when power is being drawn or stops being drawn. I wish there was a way to permanently turn it off since I live in a van (soon a truck camper 😬) and the bright as light is annoying af.4. The standby power consumption is consistent with some youtubers measurements. I'm estimating it to be 5-10% per day. That is a big deal for vanlife but the 2 mppts, AC and EV charging makes up for it. My next camper will probably have 1600-2000w worth of panels. I currently have 1040w which would be fine if I didnt run AC or electric heat but I spoil myself.5. While driving, if your panels become shaded temporarily, the input will go to 0w before going back to normal. If you're in shade too long, say under a lengthy tunnel or bridge or a row of trees, the charge controller won't start charging immediately after you're back in the sun. It takes several minutes, I haven't timed it. This sucks. That's all I can think of for now, hope it helps.

Heavy is the crown, when you’re the best
Man are these things heavy! I’m not weak, I have a toddler I must raise above my head at least 100 times a day - and she weights 25 lbs, so that’s easily 2,500 pounds I curl each day…. But god bless my FedEx driver for not burning my house down because when I ordered 3 batteries and the head unit, I had no idea that these things weight 120lbs a piece. And I’m not a scientist but for some reason, things tend to be heavier in the winter time! So after I only slightly struggle to get these into my garage, I unbox them all like a kid at Christmas - and let me tell you, it is as easy as legos to put together. It all just makes sense. Have them all charged up and waiting for the electrician to come this week to install the Smart panel 2, so we will be all set for a few days should the amazing Texas power grid decide to crap out. They are expensive but I plan to continue to buy more batteries in the future to protect my family and home.
