Great for baking
Works great and doesn't leave a nasty flavor. Thickens so much! Best price for a manageable amount, not such a large quantity that it gets stale on the shelf.

Flavor is there. Packaging was small.
Pica purchase. The flavor is delicious, & it went fast. I recommend if you have pica & enjoy the "pepper" taste that is in some of the arrowroot starches. In comparison to bobs red mill, bobs has a smoother flat taste. Less pepper.

Costly!!
Packing and delivery work great. What I didn't like was the small amount I received for the price. I bought a 1 lb package at my nearby health food store for a couple of dollars more.

Good substitute for cornstarch
This powder works fine for a thickening agent. Wish it came with instructions though. Like cornstarch, I mix in cold water first.
