Take after a full meal only.
I've started this day before. I realised never take it on empty stomach else it reacts. Got a hot flush like allergy and my face went red. How I know is the first day I took on full stomach after a meal and I was ok. Second day I took it without a full meal and I got discomfort. Had to take a anti histamine. I've taken again today but after a full breakfast and am ok. So I'll update and see how it goes. Also always try new supplements in morning just incase.
