Lifesaver!!!
This pillow is an absolute game changer!!! It’s versatile enough! Portable, cozy! Works in the car, on a bed, couch, sitting at a table. I just put my phone underneath below my face. I also had a badly bruised chin from being intubated. This pillow not only supported my head, but protected my eyes and was delicate on my chin!!! I passed it onto someone else after I was done!!

Wash it…you’ll be happy after that. I also threw it in the drier!
I really like this. I’m having eye surgery and I think it’s going to let me sleep! I highly suggest you take the cover off and give all the pieces a wash in the machine. It has a smell and that goes away with a wash. It also softens it.

Too hard to breathe
It seems to work exactly as intended but it’s impossible to breathe for a full night in this pillow.

Homca face down pillow
The homca face down pillow was a life saver after my retinal detachment surgery .When the doctor told me I would have to keep my face down for a week after the surgery , i knew it would be very hard and I immediately start looking for a face down pillow to make it more comfortable.The Homca pillow is as my second purchase. I returned the first of one I bought from a different brand , because it was not comfortable at all.This pillow is the best , very well designed . It gives a lot of support to your head and neck , the fabric is extremely soft , and there is an opening that makes it easy to breath. I don’t know how I would do it without this pillow. I wish the doctors recommended this for people that like me need an eye surgery and have to keep their face down for a week. Believe me , it’s not easy .I like this pillow so much that after 6 weeks im still using it . It actually helps to sleep on your side too, which you have to do since you can’t sleep on your back . Great purchase

Ahhh your back will feel great
lay face down into this bad boy.feel your back relaxa little high for my soft bed, but you can move bottom cushion out a little to adjust.Breathing hole could be bigger or something though

Pillow for use after vitrectomy
I used this pillow after a vitrectomy surgery on my eye. It worked well for its intended purpose as the hole was large enough to fit my face with the huge eyepatch post surgery. However, my jawline started hurting if I stayed on it too long. I'm not sure ANY pillow is good for face down positioning for a long length of time. For the most part, it served the function I needed it to.
