502 Acid Wash 80 Extra Strong Acidic Cleaner, 1 L

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this product. I had some tenants move out and given the amount of limescale build up, I thought I was going to have to replace the toilets. I watched all the YouTube videos saying to use vinegar and bicarbonate- that didn’t do a thing. Then a neighbour told me to try acid and I decided to give this product a go based on the reviews. Honestly, it is the best product. Remove the water, pour it in and leave overnight. No mess, no scrubbing. I also want to comment on the packaging as previous reviews had complained of leaks etc. My order was well packed, the bottles were wrapped in a plastic bag then further wrapped in cardboard to protect it. I can 100% recommend this product. I think the before/after photos speak for themselves!!

Since moving in a number of years ago the toilet has been a mess with limescale and brown water stains. We’ve tried everything you can buy from the shops with limited success. In desperation I bought this which isn’t the cheapest, but look at the results!!It’s like a brand new loo!!The product is a thin gel and you can see it work instantly. I gave the loo a good clean, plunger’d as much water out of the bottom as possible then put the whole bottle in neat.I wiped some around the lip where the water comes out and the stains that have been there years simply wiped away! This morning, the loo was a brown foaming gungy mess. Two flushes and a quick wipe to get rid of the last few remnants and the loos looks amazing!Product doesn’t smell too bad and comes with a jet top so you can apply to a targeted area easily enough if needed. We found it well packed and delivery though not prime, was a couple of days only.So if you’ve got a craphole of a crapper, then this is the stuff for you. No messing 👍

This is my first time buying this product. My review isn't intending to be overly critical of this product, as I will100% will buy it again. My grout in my new home was an absolute mess and I'd tried everything. This has genuinely really done a great job in cleaning it up.HOWEVERI cannot rate it 5 stars because when it arrived it was in really poor packaging, resulting in spillage. I cannot believe it wasn't in a box, when I started to unwrap it the product was leaked so it went all over my hands. I think if you are going to package it this way you need to warn people that they'll be gloves to open it. If you packed it properly it wouldn't have been squashed enough to leak. Fix this issue and you'll have a 5 star service to go along with your 5 star product.

Amazing!

It is beyond effective. The state of the toilet when i moved in was horrendous. Black, brown thick limescales and whatnot covered the bottom. It was shocking! I used bleach, vinegar+baking soda, limescale remover. All just marginally worked. But when i used this product my toilet looked good as new! It was at it’s pristine beauty :) white like brand new! Very effective product indeed! And it didn’t even smell offensive. The bleach smell still lingers after 5 days but i could hardly smell this one after 8hrs!

Packaging was little more than cosmetic.Bottle was dripping ACID.Lets remind ourselves of the product safety details :Product SafetyCauses severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation.The courier left the damaged package in the porch, outside.Not knowing what it was at first I picked up the package and got my hands wet. After a short time they started stinging.When I opened it up I had a bottle soaking wet with ACID. What can I do with it ? Cant put it down anywhere inside, couldn't leave it outside in case an animal got to it. Wound up pouring the lot away. Complete waste, and very dangerous. Looking at it I was lucky, I dont have small children who could have picked it up in the porch, or a dog etc...

I never leave reviews on things bought on Amazon but on this occasion I could not resist. I removed most of the water via plunging then poured a decent amount of this solution into the toilet bowl, left it overnight and then using the toilet brush I scrubbed and was amazed by how easily the brown stain came away from the toilet bowl. Gave it a few flushes-it was nice and white again! I totally recommend this product if you want a sparkling clean looking toilet.On another note, a couple of hours after receiving the order, I noticed that the cardboard box it arrived in was wet and the cap of the bottle wasn't screwed on properly making it leak out! Dear Seller, you need to use something other than clear sticky tape to secure the cap of the bottle because this is s dangerously strong liquid and it leaking can be harmful to users because of the strong fumes of the product. Another form of packaging should be used for transporting such a dangerous liquid!

I had some thick lime build up at the back of my toilet rim and I used this product. Wow the difference after one application was really good. I had to apply a second time and it was all gone. Well done for a product that works.
